Key Principles of a Natural Diet Plan

Eat fresh, local fruits and vegetables that are in season. This helps your digestion because your body is already prepared for those foods at that time of year.

  • Chew Your Food: Chew slowly until your food is almost liquid. This is the first step of great digestion!

Drink plenty of warm or room-temperature water throughout the day. Avoid drinking large amounts of ice-cold water, especially during meals, as this “puts out” your digestive fire.
